The guy who installed our furnace was great! (sorry I forget the name) Very professional. We were very comfortable having him in our house & he was polite, knocking on inside door when he needed our attention, clean up was great. Explained in detail the programmable thermostat as we’ve never had one before & showing items we needed to know about new furnace. We are glad with our choice & went with a Lennox is what I had before. Had to replace after 15 yrs after June 2012 flood. Jeremy and other staff were wonderful wot work with. So very glad I chose them! Very willing to continually answer questions. Completed all rebate forms in a timely fashion. Great personal service.
